A former nonprofit executive director-turned-entrepreneur, Hayley brings more than a decade’s worth of non-profit, sustainability research, women’s leadership training and small business consulting experience to the School of Ethical Impact™. She believes that business success requires more than competence and experience. It also requires that leaders integrate their values into their work, and her own story has taught her that bringing just a piece of yourself into your work leaves so much potential at the door.

Hayley is the founder of Root To Thrive™, a 12-week intensive intended to clarify your purpose, heal your blocks, and ignite your passions in order to lay a strong foundational for your impactful work.
